Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM reporting, analytics, and data warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small scope consulting and provide configuration guidance.
• Troubleshoot Workday configuration to meet business requirements.
• Create customer presentations and accelerator webinars.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
• Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities.
• Maintain Workday certification and stay updated on roadmap.
• Engage with customers on industry practices.
• Help create new programs to drive feature adoption.
