Job summary

Pentoz is seeking an Unreal Engine Developer to build immersive real‑time experiences across gaming, XR, and simulations. You’ll work on high‑fidelity visuals and complex logic using Unreal Engine 5 to drive scalable applications.

You will implement gameplay systems, animation, physics, AI and UI, optimize performance for PC, mobile, and VR/AR, and collaborate with design, product and engineering teams to deliver high‑impact digital products.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) in real‑time or game development
• Fluent in C++, Blueprints, and real‑time rendering techniques
• Experienced with gameplay systems or immersive environments
• Experience with performance tuning, multiplayer, or XR integrations

Responsibilities

• Create interactive simulations, games, and XR environments.
• Build systems for animation, physics, AI, UI, and gameplay logic.
• Optimize performance across platforms (PC, mobile, console, VR/AR).
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to deliver high‑impact digital products.
