Job summary

Itcharm, an international group building dating products, is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta, Web) to lead Meta Ads campaigns, scale budgets, and drive growth for both app and web funnels. This is a remote, full-time opportunity.

You will own campaign performance, analyze metrics, test new audiences, GEOs, placements, formats, and collaborate with the creative team to brief and evaluate performance. Russian fluency and strong analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads in high-volume B2C.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+, up to $400k–$500k monthly.
• Strong experience with app and web acquisition funnels, web focus emphasized.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4, Sheets/Excel and internal tools.
• Russian fluency; English reading/writing for tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for dating products across app and web funnels.
• Own campaign performance: analyze metrics, optimize budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI, and scale traffic.
• Develop and test growth hypotheses: audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, flows, creatives.
• Collaborate with creative team: research competitors, brief creatives, and evaluate performance.
• Build structured reporting and automate campaign management with rules and tools.
