Job summary

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Mobile UA Manager to lead Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns remotely. You will build and optimize campaigns, track performance with AppsFlyer and BI tools, and push scaling while controlling CPA and ROI.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mobile UA, strong Excel skills, experience with automation APIs, and solid data analysis alongside English at least B2 level.

Qualifications

• Meta and TikTok expert with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules, Claude).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; AppsFlyer user.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize Meta Ads and TikTok campaigns.
• Report and analyze campaigns with BI tools and AppsFlyer.
• Scale channels without CPA growth, improve ROI and metrics.
• Test new targeting and ad types (web2app).
• Collaborate with Creative Team for testing of scale solutions.
