Social Discovery Group seeks a Senior UA Manager to lead Meta Ads for two dating products. You will own end‑to‑end campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, balancing app and web funnels and driving scalable growth.

The role requires 3+ years in Meta Ads with $100k–$500k monthly budgets, strong analytics (GA4, Google Sheets, CRM tools), and Russian fluency; English for documentation is adequate. Remote, full‑time, competitive benefits.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads/Facebook Ads.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $100k–$500k.
• Strong analytical skills with data, GA4, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for two dating products across app and web funnels.
• Own campaign performance: analyze metrics, optimize budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI and scale traffic.
• Develop and test growth hypotheses: audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, and landing pages.
