Job summary

SHEIN is a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer seeking a logistics professional to manage daily operational tasks in line with the transport plan. You will coordinate inter-warehouse transfers and work closely with warehouses and carriers to ensure smooth execution of transport operations.

The role focuses on monitoring timeliness, verifying data accuracy, and driving KPIs within the department, while identifying issues and proposing process improvements to optimize transfer workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in logistics or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics scheduling or related role.
• Familiar with warehouse logistics systems (WMS/TMS) and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks in line with the approved transport plan.
• Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers based on the daily plan.
• Collaborate with warehouses and carriers to ensure smooth transport operations.
• Monitor transfer timeliness and address deviations from the plan.
• Verify data accuracy in the system and report discrepancies.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsibility for executing daily operational tasks in line with the approved transport plan.


• Coordination of ongoing inter-warehouse transfers based on the daily operational plan.


• Cooperation with warehouses and carriers to ensure smooth execution of transport operations.


• Monitoring transfer timeliness and responding to any deviations from the plan.


• Verification of data accuracy in the system and reporting discrepancies impacting plan execution.


• Responsibility for achieving and monitoring individual KPIs in line with departmental targets, and taking corrective actions in case of deviations.


• Identification of operational issues and proposing improvements within transfer processes.


• Ensuring proper information flow between all involved stakeholders.


• Performing additional operational tasks assigned by the line manager in accordance with departmental objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors related to supply chain logistics;


• More than 3 years of work experience, with a preference for those who have experience in logistics scheduling;


• Familiar with applications of warehouse logistics systems such as WMS and TMS, and sensitive to data;


• Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language.
