Job summary

SHEIN in Poland is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and support the day-to-day management of third‑party warehouse operations within an assigned area, ensuring smooth execution, strong service levels, and efficient delivery.

This role focuses on operational supervision, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in cooperation with the 3PL partner, with emphasis on data‑driven decisions and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience with 3PL management.
• Experience in scaling operations or launching new processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance, quality, cost, and capacity of 3PL partners.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs related to delivery, customer experience, and operations.
