SHEIN is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Poland to manage daily transport tasks and inter-warehouse transfers. You will coordinate with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely execution, verify data accuracy, and monitor KPIs.

The role requires English proficiency and a bachelor’s degree, with preference for logistics experience. Two-week rotation: day shift (6:00–16:45) and night shift (18:00–04:45), with flexibility for 2–4 days per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; English as working language.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily operational tasks per the approved transport plan.
• Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers based on the daily plan.
• Collaborate with warehouses and carriers to ensure smooth transport operations.
• Monitor transfer timeliness and address deviations from plan.
• Verify data accuracy in the system and report discrepancies affecting plan execution.
• Own and monitor KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements in transfer processes.
• Ensure proper information flow between all stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Description

• Responsibility for executing daily operational tasks in line with the approved transport plan.
• Coordination of ongoing inter-warehouse transfers based on the daily operational plan.
• Cooperation with warehouses and carriers to ensure smooth execution of transport operations.
• Monitoring transfer timeliness and responding to any deviations from the plan.
• Verification of data accuracy in the system and reporting discrepancies impacting plan execution.
• Responsibility for achieving and monitoring individual KPIs in line with departmental targets, and taking corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Identification of operational issues and proposing improvements within transfer processes.
• Ensuring proper information flow between all involved stakeholders.
• Performing additional operational tasks assigned by the line manager in accordance with departmental objectives.
• Working shifts: 2 weeks of day shift (6:00 am - 4:45 pm), 2 weeks of night shift (6:00 pm - 4:45 am), 2-4 days a week

Job Requirements

• Full time bachelor's degree or above, with English as working languages;
• Logistics related work experience is preferred;
• Rigorous work, patient, good at identifying problems, strong communication and execution skills, and a sense of responsibility;
