Job summary

QVC Group Global Business Services in Kraków is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to drive and deliver compensation and benefits programs for Poland and support global TR initiatives. You will report to the TR Director and collaborate with Finance, HRIS, and senior leaders.

The role is hybrid with on-site days. You will lead job evaluations, pricing recommendations, merit cycles, and gender pay gap reporting, while designing materials and dashboards to monitor TR programs.

Qualifications

Experience leading compensation processes and governance.
Strong knowledge of TR practices in matrix organizations.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
English proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and design Total Rewards programs for Poland and support global TR functions.
Lead compensation processes including merit cycles, salary actions, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
Develop TR dashboards and analytical reports to track program uptake and impact.
Collaborate with Finance, HRIS, and senior leaders to ensure program effectiveness.
Partner with stakeholders up to C-level to align market practices.
