Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Head of Total Rewards Operations Center based in Wroclaw, operating in a hybrid model with 2 days in the office. You will lead a team of 6, overseeing compensation and benefits administration and serving as the primary escalation point for HR operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation and benefits administration, ideally in global/shared services.
• Led and developed teams as a people manager with recruiting, training, delegation and motivation.
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or equivalent HRIS with hands-on compensation and benefits workflows management.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation for internal HR partners.
• Solid grasp of process improvement methodologies and ability to design and implement solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with basic finance/IT understanding to bridge HR with business functions.
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and discreet in handling sensitive data.
• Clear English communication and proactive, organized prioritization of competing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 to deliver compensation and benefits administration and support.
• Act as the single point of reference and escalation for HR operations issues.
• Recruit, train, delegate, monitor and evaluate team performance while developing competencies.
• Provide administrative support and expertise to HR teams.
• Manage global compensation and benefits projects.
• Support the implementation of global, regional, and country-specific policies.
