Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced GBS Compensation Team Leader to lead a body of compensation analysts in Kraków. You will drive day-to-day operations, coach staff, and coordinate with the Global COE Compensation to deliver accurate compensation services across programs.

The role requires solid compensation knowledge, strong analytics, and leadership maturity to guide development, ensure data integrity, and improve processes in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years of compensation, rewards, HR operations, analytics, or related experience.
• Experience leading people, projects or teams in a shared services/HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary administration, benchmarking and job evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the GBS Compensation team to deliver high-quality compensation services.
• Manage day-to-day operations, workload, prioritization, and performance for team members.
• Partner with Global COE Compensation for annual/ cyclical programs and governance.
• Perform data quality checks, ensure policy compliance, and support analytics and reporting.
