QVC Group in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Senior HR Services Performance & Improvement Analyst to become a trusted insights partner. You will build dashboards, analyze data, and drive improvements across HR services globally. The role combines analytics, Lean, and operational excellence to scale and optimize the employee experience.

You will collaborate with HR Services leaders, turn complex data into actionable recommendations, and help shape a more customer-centric, efficient operating model.

• Experience turning data into actionable insights for HR services
• Ability to translate requirements into dashboards, metrics, and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Fluent English, effective communication with global teams

• Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards for HR Services performance
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and root causes
• Translate data into recommendations for operational and leadership decision-making
