Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Total Rewards Partner to lead compensation and benefits programs for GBS Poland and coordinate TR initiatives across markets. You will partner with executives, drive job evaluations, pricing, and Gender Pay Gap analysis, and design TR materials and dashboards to support global projects.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site Kraków days 3–5 per month, with strong analytical and communication skills in English. Experience with Workday and HRIS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven Total Rewards experience in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience with compensation processes, job evaluation, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
• Ability to partner with executives and translate analytic findings for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson and Mercer methodologies is beneficial.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; advanced data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation and benefits processes for GBS Poland and coordinate TR programs.
• Provide TR support for global functions (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.).
• Conduct job evaluations, pricing, and insights for organizational changes.
• Drive global TR projects within QI and implement in the Polish market.
• Develop business cases for Senior Management and design TR materials and dashboards.
