Job summary

Reply Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive analysis across complex products and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and lead solution design with cross-functional teams.

You will own the backlog, manage timelines and risks, and oversee service rollouts across markets. The role requires strong communication, mentoring, and ability to influence decisions in a SAFe environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position.
• Proven experience leading business analysis activities in complex software delivery environments.
• Strong experience working in agile and scaled agile (SAFe) environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, Draw.io, DataDog, and related analytical or monitoring platforms.
• Good understanding of AWS services, cloud-native applications, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and networking concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across business and technical teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including communication with senior management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Communication skills in German is a plus.
