Qualifications

• Fluent German (B2) spoken and written; insurance/SaaS background a plus.

About the role

We are looking for a German-speaking Business Analyst to join a client-facing team supporting B2B customers in the insurance sector.

The role combines: business analysis, technical understanding, client communication, project coordination with development teams. You will work closely with German-speaking stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting delivery.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions
• Work with development teams on enhancements, integrations, and implementations
• Support enterprise clients in optimizing platform capabilities
