Reply Group in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a market research and sales-oriented professional to identify target accounts and build structured CRM data. You will conduct initial engagements with senior contacts, schedule qualified meetings for the management team, and support data-driven strategy.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technology-related subject such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar.
• Four or more years experience in a sales, research, analysis, or market-facing role.
• Strong research skills, able to build an accurate picture of an organisation from limited information.
• Confident opening conversations with senior people at organisations we have not worked with before.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with spoken English to a high standard.
• Comfortable working to measurable targets and reporting openly on progress.
• Self-directed, able to own a workstream with limited supervision as part of a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis, building and maintaining an understanding of the sectors and organisations that align with our products, and prioritising where we should focus our efforts
• Target account and contact research, building structured account lists and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM
• Initial engagement with target contacts, opening conversations, understanding their needs, and assessing whether there is a genuine fit
• Preparing and scheduling qualified meetings for the management team, including conducting the background research needed to make those conversations productive
• Competitor and positioning analysis, tracking how competing products are presented and feeding insights back into our messaging
• Pipeline and activity reporting, demonstrating what has been tried, what is working, and where efforts should be focused
• Working with the management team to refine our approach based on data-driven insights
• Cooperation within an internal community is our everyday reality, with networking events, coding challenges, and company parties.
