Job summary

Reply Group in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis across complex software deliveries and strategic initiatives.

You will translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with senior stakeholders, product and engineering teams in an Agile/SAFe environment. Polish market experience and German a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher education in IT or CS is required.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience leading BA activities in complex software environments.
• Strong background in agile and SAFe.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiar with Postman, Draw.io and DataDog.
• Knowledge of AWS services and microservices.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and networking.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Ability to influence cross-functional decisions and communicate with senior management.
• German language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position.
• Proven experience leading business analysis activities in complex software delivery environments.
• Strong experience working in agile and scaled agile (SAFe) environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, Draw.io, DataDog, and related analytical or monitoring platforms.
• Good understanding of AWS services, cloud-native applications, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and networking concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across business and technical teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including communication with senior management.
• Communication skills in German is a plus.
