Workplays in Poland seeks a Technical Artist to turn bold ideas into immersive experiences that blend art, design, and technology. You’ll craft shaders, tools, and systems in Unity to bring dynamic visuals to life and push performance on mobile devices.

Collaboration is core: you’ll work with the Art Director, Artists, Designers, and Engineers to deliver experiences that feel real while maintaining strong optimization and clear asset pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Unity knowledge and asset pipeline experience.
• 3D production skills: modeling, UVs, texturing, LODs.
• Shader creation/optimization using Shader Graph/HLSL.
• C# editor tooling and automation skills.
• Profiling/debugging with Unity Profiler, RenderDoc, or similar tools.
