Job summary

Anshar Studios in Katowice, Poland, seeks a Senior/Expert Technical Artist to advance game visuals and tooling. You will collaborate with fellow tech artists to diagnose and optimize rendering, assets, and lighting for PC and consoles.

Required are 2+ years in games, strong rendering knowledge, and proficiency with Unreal, Blender, and Substance Designer. English and Polish at B1/B2; hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of game industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2).
• Knowledge of graphic rendering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team with other tech artists.
• Solve technical issues.
• Profile game performance (GPU/CPU/memory) for PC and consoles.
• Optimize visuals including levels, lighting, assets, textures.
• Create materials and tools for the team.
• Continuous growth and knowledge sharing.
