Beffio Studio is seeking a Senior Technical Artist to lead shader development and real-time rendering workflows for an international, remote team. You will work with artists and engineers to implement high-quality game art while maintaining performance targets.

The role emphasizes ownership of shaders, tooling, and production pipelines, with opportunities to influence visual quality and technical standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Artist in game development.
• Experience on commercially released games.
• Strong real-time rendering, materials, and shader knowledge.
• Fluent English and excellent communication.
• Proficiency with Unity3D and shader workflows.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine real-time shaders and materials.
• Build artist-friendly tools, scripts, validators, and workflows.
• Profile and optimize real-time content and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with artists, engineers, and leadership to meet artistic goals.
• Own assigned technical art features from prototype to production.
