Job summary

SQUAD Ukraine Limited is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment across Czechia and Poland. You will own end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles, design sourcing strategies, and manage candidate assessments.

Ideal candidates will have strong market knowledge of Czechia and Poland, experience with ATS and recruitment analytics, and fluency in English with Czech or Polish language skills. This is a dynamic role within our technology services division.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in IT services or technology sector.
• Proven ability to recruit across Czechia and Poland, with strong local market knowledge.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Hardware, AI/ML).
• Excellent understanding of local salary expectations, candidate availability and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge hiring managers.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capability.
• Experience with an ATS and recruitment analytics.
• Fluent English and professional fluency in Czech or Polish; knowledge of both is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment cycle for Czechia and Poland, from intake to onboarding.
• Manage multiple vacancies across tech and non-tech roles, aligning with business objectives.
• Design sourcing methodologies focusing on niche and high-demand tech roles.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical expertise and core competencies.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across panels and management participants.
• Lead offer negotiations using market data to ensure competitive packages.
• Track recruitment metrics within the ATS and follow organizational processes.
