Job summary

PLVision in Poland is seeking a Junior Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team. You will help identify and attract engineers across Europe, working with mentoring leads to grow your sourcing skills.

You’ll search for technical specialists using Boolean and X-ray methods, build candidate pipelines, collaborate with recruiters, and contribute to employer branding in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment
• Skills in Boolean and X-ray search and other sourcing techniques
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and basic technical terminology (C/C++, Embedded, Networking, QA, Automation)
• Basic knowledge of ATS or project-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
• Interest in international hiring (Poland, EU)
• Intermediate or higher level of technical English
• Results-oriented, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Experience sourcing technical roles in Networking and Embedded
• Understanding market specifics in Poland or other EU countries

Responsibilities

• Search for technical specialists (C/C++, Embedded, Networking, QA, Automation) using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean or X-ray search techniques
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s CRM or ATS system
• Work closely with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies for open roles
• Track and evaluate the performance of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, professional communities, etc.)
• Contribute to internal initiatives that improve sourcing processes and strengthen employer branding
