Job summary

Allegro is seeking a senior analytics leader in Warsaw to guide senior leadership with data-driven recommendations across markets. You will pilot cross-functional analytics teams, shape the semantic layer, and drive adoption of new analytics technologies.

You will mentor team leads, defend strategic recommendations, and push the analytics program from descriptive to prescriptive insights. Hybrid work and competitive incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• This role requires a proven track record leading analytics teams in ecommerce or similar projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to mentor team growth based on industry trends.
• Ability to present and defend recommendations to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner and 1P analytical teams.
• Develop Semantic Layer.
• Ensure efficient operations of Analytics teams and connect insights to executive decisions.
• Proactively propose new analyses on top priority KPIs.
• Define roadmap from descriptive to predictive analytics.
• Foster Analytics community across Allegro and align standards.
• Drive implementation of new analytics technologies.
• Coach and support analytics leads and teams to provide high quality insights.
