Allegro Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead customer experience initiatives across verticals. You will own vision, strategy, and execution, collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and analytics teams, and deliver impactful software solutions.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while mentoring junior PMs and driving key initiatives from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive background as a Product Manager with roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder cooperation.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT processes.
• Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions based on data, context, and experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and autonomous decision-making under high autonomy.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Define vertical-specific product vision and strategy, while contributing to the broader product strategy.
• Translate user insights into actionable requirements and interact with internal clients.
• Plan roadmaps and manage mid-term initiatives with high autonomy.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, analytics, and other teams to deliver software solutions.
• Define KPIs and tie them to business KPIs and company strategy.
• Align diverse stakeholders up to CL8 level to build alignment and support.
• Maximize impact by prioritizing based on strategic priorities and available resources.
• Apply data-driven frameworks to break down problems and determine analytical approaches.
• Provide structured decision proposals supported by rationale.
• Lead parts of the team's work and mentor junior PMs.
• Build strong peer networks to share learnings and opportunities.
