Job summary

Allegro is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Ads Brand Manager platform in Warsaw. You will oversee strategic vision, feature development, and seamless business processes across campaigns, reporting, and audience segmentation.

You will bridge technology and marketing, manage stakeholder needs, and drive metrics-based decisions, with a focus on delivering impact for advertisers and users.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with track record in AdTech/MarTech or e-commerce.
• Understands the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and collaborates with IT/development teams.

Responsibilities

• Advertising Panel Management: Coordinating key areas of the Ads Brand Manager platform (campaign configuration, advanced reporting, creative management, audience segmentation).
• Customer Insights & Need Analysis: Gather requirements from brands and translate into features.
• Roadmap Planning: Manage backlog and prioritize features for tool efficiency and impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, tech leads, executives, and support to ensure platform success.
• Metrics and KPIs: Define success metrics and monitor product performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal and external partners.
