Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Kraków is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our CI/CD and release automation for in-house e-commerce products. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and software teams to translate business needs into scalable DevOps solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps and 8+ years IT experience, with hands-on Azure DevOps, AKS/Kubernetes, IaC, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).

Qualifications

• at least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer and 8+ years of IT experience
• strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines
• hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud tooling (Azure)
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) are a plus
• experience with monitoring, security best practices, and release management

Responsibilities

• deliver, manage and maintain a DevOps environment for in-house e-commerce products
• build automated CI/CD pipelines and release automation across multi-team projects
• collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to align DevOps with roadmaps
• drive engineering excellence and ensure platform reliability and performance
• participate in discussions on trade-offs between performance, scalability, and time-to-market
