Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team in Poland. You will manage end-to-end coordination for the hiring process, act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, and help ensure a smooth sourcing and assessment experience.

With a focus on administration, scheduling, and data integrity in the ATS, you will contribute to a collaborative, global team while enjoying a flexible hybrid work arrangement and access to development

Qualifications

• Previous administration/coordination/scheduling experience is essential.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with high work standards and attention to details.
• Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process.
• Support contract preparation for new joiners.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organising Video Conferencing.
• Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time.
• Manage job postings process internally and externally as applicable in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and brand image.
