HRK S.A. seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist, expert, and managerial roles within an expanding international organization operating in Poland.

You will source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and drive HR process improvements while delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Proven track record in active candidate sourcing.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a recruitment business partner.
• Interest in HR processes and implementing new tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Very good command of Polish and English.

Job description

For our client, an international organization undergoing dynamic transformation and expanding its operations in Poland, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter.

This role combines responsibility for delivering recruitment processes with active involvement in HR process optimization projects, implementation of new tools, and supporting managers in talent acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist, expert, and managerial positions.
• Actively source candidates using a variety of sourcing methods and channels.
• Work closely with hiring managers and support them throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate recruitment interviews and manage communication with candidates.
• Participate in projects related to the development and standardization of recruitment processes.
• Support the implementation of new HR tools and solutions.
• Take part in change management initiatives and activities aimed at driving manager engagement in new processes.
• Monitor recruitment process effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Co-create solutions that support the organization's growth in Poland.
• Contribute to team capability development initiatives and share knowledge with other team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• Proven experience in active candidate sourcing.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and acting as a trusted recruitment business partner.
• Interest in HR processes and the implementation of new tools and solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Very good command of both Polish and English.
• Experience in an SSC, manufacturing, or logistics environment will be considered a strong asset.
