Material Planner

The person in this role will be responsible for comprehensive material planning in a regulated (GMP) environment, ensuring continuity of supply, optimization of inventory levels, while actively supporting initiatives aimed at improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning requirements for raw materials and packaging materials
• Ordering and purchasing raw materials and packaging materials
• Controlling and optimizing inventory
• Implementing new graphic designs for packaging materials
• Analyzing domestic and foreign supply markets and searching for new suppliers of raw materials and packaging materials

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in industry supply chain
• Higher education (University degree)
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level
• Knowledge of the basics of Supply Chain Management
• Computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems (JDE, SAP, or other)
• Knowledge of MRP calculators will be an additional asset
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Understanding of end-to-end (E2E) business processes in a manufacturing organization
• Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
• Independence, accuracy, and accountability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional project teams
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation
