Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. in Warszawa is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to develop and maintain integrated production, capacity, and supply plans across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons. You will translate weekly MPS into daily schedules and monitor inventory to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to ensure alignment of the planning process. Fluent English is required.
Develop and maintain integrated production, capacity, and supply plans across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons.
Monitor inventory levels, identify potential supply risks, and support mitigation actions to ensure continuity of supply.
Balance demand, production capacity, material availability, and inventory to create feasible Master Production Schedules (MPS).
Support long-term capacity planning by performing RCCP analyses, scenario evaluations, and bottleneck identification.
Translate weekly MPS into daily production schedules while managing material availability and operational constraints.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, DRP, MRP, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure planning alignment.
Analyze planning data and support supply network optimization through performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain planning data accuracy, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with planning processes and governance standards.
Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain planning roles within FMCG or international environments.
Strong planning experience (supply, material, distribution) and fit to competency expectations.
Good understanding of service, cost, and inventory trade-offs in supply chain decision-making.
Proficiency in planning systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder or similar)
Advanced Excel capabilities (Power BI, experience with SQL, data warehouses, and system implementations is a plus).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and perform scenario analysis.
Fluent in English, wirtten and spoken..
University degree or technical background (logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business is preferred).
Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability to work the late shift up to two times per week.
