Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Supply Chain Planning specialist to drive DRP and replenishment across multiple markets, balancing service levels with inventory.
You will manage safety stock, lead times, MIN/MAX settings, and KPI tracking, collaborating with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, and market teams.
Fluent English, a university degree in a related field, and 2 years of planning experience are required; 8-hour shifts are scheduled, with occasional late shifts.
Support both short- and long-term Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities to ensure product availability across multiple markets while maintaining the right balance between customer service, inventory levels, and supply capabilities.
Execute replenishment planning and maintain key inventory parameters, including safety stock, lead times, and MIN/MAX settings, to ensure efficient product flow across the distribution network.
Track supply risks by analysing KPIs, inventory coverage, and planning exceptions, while escalating potential issues and assisting in implementing corrective actions.
Help manage product availability by identifying stock shortages, coordinating mitigation plans, and collaborating with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, and local market teams.
Participate in Phase-In and Phase-Out processes to ensure smooth product introductions and discontinuations without disrupting supply.
Work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and commercial teams to support effective planning decisions and operational alignment.
Contribute to planning governance through participation in KPI reviews, supply risk assessments, and escalation meetings.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing planning processes, data quality, and system efficiency.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably within Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Distribution Planning, or Supply Planning in an FMCG or international business environment.
Good understanding of DRP methodologies, inventory management principles, and replenishment processes across multi-country distribution networks.
Practical experience in managing inventory parameters such as safety stock, lead times, and MIN/MAX settings, with a focus on improving product availability and inventory performance.
Ability to analyse supply risks using KPIs and operational data, identify potential issues, and support effective mitigation activities.
Experience working with planning tools such as SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar supply chain planning systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data warehouses, or involvement in system implementation projects will be considered an advantage.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
University degree or technical background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Availability to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 24:00, including late shifts approximately 2–3 times per week.
