ERGO Technology & Services S.A. is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Product Manager (Compensation & Employee Central) to lead HR digitalization in Warsaw. You will own product lifecycle, manage budgets, and coordinate with global teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

The role focuses on EC, Compensation, and Variable Pay, with opportunities to work across locations and drive strategic product architecture aligned with Munich Re standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC, Compensation and Variable Pay (7+ years).
• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules such as EC Payroll or Time Management is a plus.
• Good understanding of technology and ability to translate business problems into system solutions.
• Strong partnership with HR and security/compliance practices.

Responsabilités

• Drive digitalization and transformation projects across global processes and launch new tools.
• Oversee product cost and budget and manage external staff including procurement and provider management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Implement changes, configure the system, and manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Lead delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user stories, development, and UAT.
