Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Product Manager to drive the Talent Intelligence Hub within Munich Re's HR Digitalization Roadmap.

You will lead the deployment of SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, LMS, Recruiting, Succession & Development, and integrate third-party platforms. The role requires 5+ years as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, strong LMS focus, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with focus on LMS, Succession & Development, and Recruiting.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and PMGM is a plus.
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Possibly ITIL or Scrum certified or willing to pursue with support.
• Self-organized and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitalization and transformation projects across global processes.
• Oversee product cost and budget and manage external staff including procurement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Configure changes and system settings to implement requirements.
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead delivery processes including requirements discovery, design, development, and UAT.
• Coordinate across global teams to align feature development and prioritization.
• Monitor product compliance and performance for continuous improvement.
• Set up strategic product architecture according to Munich RE standards.
