Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect focused on Employee Central to lead design, implementation, and optimization across Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary. You will bridge HR stakeholders with technical teams, translating requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions in a flexible remote setup.

With 5–6 years of SuccessFactors experience and 2 full lifecycle EC implementations, you will guide data models, RBAC, and integrations while

Qualifications

• Has 5–6 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience including at least 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification is required.
• Strong understanding of EC data models, rules, MDF objects, and workflows.
• Experience with integration patterns and data governance in HR tech.
• Fluent in English and able to work across multiple European countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution design aligned with HR strategy and SAP best practices.
• Document architecture, data models, workflows, RBAC, and integration touchpoints.
• Configure Employee Central, support data migration, and oversee build cycles, testing, and cutover activities.
• Define and govern integration architecture with downstream systems using CPI/BTP, APIs, and Integration Center.
• Advise stakeholders on features, releases, and adoption of new SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
