Job summary

T Hub Poland, part of Deutsche Telekom Group, seeks a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant (m/f/d) to work remotely with quarterly HQ visits in Warsaw. You will specialize in ECP configuration, payroll schemas, and German regulations while guiding workshops and strategy sessions for international projects.

Fluent German and English are required, with experience in HR transformations and SAP Activate.

Qualifications

Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Proven experience in payroll implementation projects and/or payroll operations.
Strong expertise in payroll customization, schemas, rules, and wage types.
Good understanding of German payroll regulations (tax and social security).
Experience in HR transformation, SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors migrations.

Responsibilities

Participate in all project phases following SAP Activate methodology.
Lead workshops: design, fit-gap analysis, and re-design.
Advise stakeholders on payroll feasibility and implementation.
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors ECP, payroll schemas, rules, wage types.
Support legal and collective agreement requirements in payroll.
Ensure end-to-end HR/payroll processes across landscape.
Prepare tests, user acceptance testing, and cutover activities.
Deliver demos, trainings, and knowledge transfer to business users.
Contribute to proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
Create demo scenarios for prospective clients.
