Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Compensation Specialist (Employee Central) for a remote position. This role involves leading the functional implementation team for the Compensation module, including tasks like gathering requirements, designing solutions, and training users.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Employee Central implementations and a strong grasp of SAP HCM processes. Excellent English communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Central implementations on a large scale in international multi-country approaches.
• Proven experience with SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, or TM) and/or SuccessFactors EC Compensation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional implementation team for the Compensation module.
• Gather and analyze compensation policies and salary structures.
• Design compensation templates and approval workflows.
• Support data migration and ensure accuracy.
• Perform UAT and validate workflows.
• Deliver user training and support change management.
• Consult HR on solution design and best practices.
