Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect focused on Employee Central to design, implement and optimise our HR technology landscape. This remote role bridges HR stakeholders with technical delivery teams.

Lead end-to-end EC design, configure Employee Central, support data migration, and define integration architecture (CPI/BTP, APIs).

Qualifications

• 5-6 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.
• Strong knowledge of EC data models, MDF, rules and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EC solution design aligned with HR strategy.
• Configure Employee Central and support data migration.
• Define integration architecture using CPI/BTP and APIs.
• Govern data quality, privacy, and GDPR across HR tech.
