Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Structured Finance Transactions Senior Specialist to support securitization deals. You will build cashflow models, verify calculations against indentures, and produce rigorous AUP reports for diverse asset classes.

You’ll interact with front-office clients daily, review loan documents, and extract critical deal features for accurate valuation of structured products. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and about 2 years’ experience, with MBA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline; ~2 years of related experience.
• MBA or equivalent preferred; strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent prioritization and client-deadline discipline; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Perform agreed-upon procedures to support securitization transactions.
• Create cashflow/analytics models for securitized products (CDOs/CLOs).
• Model cash flows, assess collateral thresholds, and calculate payments and fees.
• Develop independent collateral and cash flow models in Excel.
• Prepare detailed AUP reports summarizing results for clients.
• Interpret prospectus/indenture terms and extract key deal features.
• Analyze complex models from Bloomberg, Markit, and rating portals.
• Engage with front-office clients daily and adapt to market developments.
• Review loan documents, recalc fields, and produce data reconciliations.
• Construct collateral stratification tables for loan pools.
• Review offering documents for accuracy and standards.
