Job summary

Societe Generale in Warsaw is seeking a Structured Finance Middle Office professional to support the setup and ongoing management of syndicated and bilateral loans and guarantees. You will analyze legal documents, validate data in Loan IQ and Covtrack, and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a focus on accuracy, control, and collaboration within an international team.

Qualifications

Have worked in a back or middle office in a bank for several years.
Understand structured finance including syndicated and bilateral loans and guarantees.
Experience reading legal documentation; knowledge of LMA docs is a plus.
Fluent English; French proficiency is an asset.
Able to communicate with diverse audiences in complex situations.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage new and existing transactions in structured finance operations.
Analyze legal documentation and collect approvals.
Provide input and data validation in Loan IQ and Covtrack systems.
Monitor post-closing tasks, data quality, and accuracy maintenance.
Report incidents and comply with deadlines and best practices.
Contribute to process and procedure improvements.
Respond to questions from internal and external auditors.
Oversee recommendations and action plans within given timeframes.
Perform operational and managerial supervision controls.
