Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Engagement Business Partner (EBP) to serve as the Finance single point of contact for Engagement Partners and Managers. You will guide OEL processes, manage risk, and coordinate with Centers of Excellence to ensure timely and compliant engagement delivery across opportunities and audits.

You will lead a team, coach EBPs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to uplift revenue stability and service quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in a client-facing or finance-related role within a professional services or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and delivering high-impact client service.
• Ability to lead others in hybrid and fast-paced environments.
• Strong work ethic and ability to maintain high standards in demanding settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client opportunities and engagements, acting as Finance single point of contact for senior partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee development and upskilling of EBPs within the team.
• Lead development of innovative Finance support solutions for client servers.
• Drive improvement initiatives and manage resources across the EBP team.
• Coordinate with CoEs to ensure compliance and timely delivery of OEL tasks.
