Societe Generale in Warsaw seeks a Structured Finance Back Office Servicing Analyst to oversee the lifecycle of loan and guarantee transactions. You will handle administration, funding and repayment processing, and ensure accurate interest/fee billing while coordinating with external counterparties.

You will contribute to regulatory compliance, controls, and documentation, joining an international team in a brand-new office with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a back-office position in banking or financial services (ideally in structured finance).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Familiar with syndicated/bi-lateral financing and loan life cycle processes.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Structured, logical approach to planning and problem solving.
• Team player who can work under fixed deadlines.

• Manage operational lifecycle of loan and guarantee transactions.
• Handle loan administration activities and funding/repayment processing.
• Communicate with external counterparties and monitor loan facilities.
• Ensure accurate execution of interest and fee-related processes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and robust governance documentation.
• Monitor and escalate errors and incidents as needed.
