Job summary

EY Poland seeks a Senior Consultant RtR or PtP to join our Business Consulting Finance GBS team. You will work on transformation initiatives across finance strategy, operating models, and digital finance in an international, cross-functional environment.

You will leverage a solid finance and project management background and mentor others while shaping the future of finance within a collaborative culture. Expect exposure to global clients and challenging programs across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Experience in RtR/PtP processes and finance transformation.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA or ERP system expertise.
• Involvement in system implementations, UAT and rollouts.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent English communications; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support finance transformation programs from strategy to implementation.
• Design finance operating models and digital finance capabilities.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams on engagements.
• Prepare benchmark analyses to optimize structures and governance.
• Contribute to project delivery using formal PM methods.
