Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring an M&A Consultant / Senior Consultant to join the Transactions & Operations team. You will support end-to-end operations workstreams across strategic transformations and M&A engagements, building data packs, models, and insights for client stakeholders.

The role requires 3–6 years in operations consulting or related fields, strong analytical skills, and experience with financial modelling and AI-enabled analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in operational consulting or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and SG&A.
• Experience with financial modelling and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations workstreams across strategic transformations and M&A transactions.
• Build and maintain Excel-based analyses, models, and data packs; perform data gathering and analysis; synthesize findings into insights.
• Analyze business functions and operational performance across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and Corporate Functions.
• Assess operational risks, value creation opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives; develop practical recommendations.
• Coordinate transaction and transformation workstreams; manage relationships with client stakeholders.
• Develop client deliverables including executive presentations and business cases.
• Translate business needs into practical operational improvement and value creation initiatives.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance analysis, delivery efficiency, and opportunity identification.
