Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Supply Chain Management Specialist to help protect product safety, traceability, data integrity and GDP governance across a global organization. You will execute, monitor and improve processes within the GBS service portfolio.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, KPI reporting and data-driven recommendations to support management decisions in an international supply chain network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.
• 2+ years in Supply Chain Management, supply chain compliance, traceability or logistics-related processes.
• Solid understanding of GDP and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve and monitor alerts, including Missing Batch Upload and Blind Passenger cases.
• Conduct GDP audit and inspection reviews and maintain review records.
• Prepare, validate and report KPI dashboards by collecting and analyzing data.
• Support Global Batch Traceability by identifying traceability gaps.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support management decisions.
• Maintain process documentation in the Central Knowledge Hub and contribute to improvements.
• Share process knowledge through GBS Process Community and training activities.
