Job summary

Samsara in Poland is seeking a senior software engineering leader to own the design and delivery of scalable, distributed systems, mentoring engineers across an expanding EMEA team. You will drive product and technical strategy for our reporting, enterprise administration, and developer platform efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

7+ years designing and building software products.
Proven experience leading the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable distributed systems.
Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML-powered products.
Experience mentoring engineers in a technical lead role.
Experience owning end-to-end product designs and large projects.
Growth mindset and proactive improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the data platform and influence roadmap.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ship features delivering customer value and refine them with feedback.
Deliver full-stack features across front-end, back-end and mobile.
Maintain production systems and provide operational support.
Contribute to core architecture and roadmap decisions.
