Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team in Poland, bringing expertise in microservices, Kafka-based messaging, and cloud-native architectures for secure, blockchain-driven financial solutions.

You will lead backend development, mentor junior engineers, design scalable systems, and collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business functions, with a hybrid work model and remote options within Poland.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in cloud-native applications using RESTful services and Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong attention to detail and security awareness.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps practices, and digital asset technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Lead the implementation of backend systems and mentor junior developers.
