You will own projects spanning infrastructure, telemetry, and AI-assisted data interpretation, from concept to shipped product.

The role emphasizes operating without a fixed spec, cross-team collaboration, and delivering outcomes while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience building evals for AI systems at scale and measuring output quality.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go, with Terraform for infra and deployment; BigQuery for telemetry.
• Ability to run projects end-to-end with autonomy and influence others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead green-field initiatives shaping developer experience for security integrations.
• Architect and drive tooling and automation strategy, using GenAI at scale.
• Mentor engineers and foster open communication; collaborate with Security, Ingest, Elastic users, and open source community.
