Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Information Security Infrastructure Engineer to protect data and systems by owning end-to-end security data pipelines. You will ingest telemetry, maintain Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes, and collaborate with a skilled security team on meaningful, impactful projects.

You will deploy ingest jobs, manage ILM, CCS, and cross-cloud integrations using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm, while applying AI-driven tooling to reduce toil and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Elastic/Elasticsearch in production.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes-based deployments and upgrades.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Security telemetry ingestion from cloud, identity/SaaS, and endpoint data.
• Maintain healthy Elasticsearch clusters and ILM, CCS, and capacity.
• Manage pipelines and indices using Terraform, pipelines templates, and alerts.
• Develop self-healing jobs and AI-assisted workflows for ops.
• Ensure data quality, schema consistency, and cost awareness.
