Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, test, deploy, and support RelativityOne SaaS products. You will work in a Scrum team alongside senior engineers to deliver scalable data movement features within the Data Transfer group of the Ingestion Department.

Focus areas include cloud-native architectures, AI-assisted SDLC practices, CI/CD automation, testing strategies, monitoring, and on-call support as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing commercial-grade software using C# or Java/C++.
• Experience with SaaS multi-tenant architectures, subscriptions, and operations.
• Strong observability knowledge: tracing, metrics, logging, alerts, incidents.
• Proficient unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and documentation.
• Cloud DevOps and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Harness, LaunchDarkly).
• Agile teams experience, mentoring, cross-team collaboration.
• Observability tools such as New Relic or Splunk.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a Scrum team across all phases of the service lifecycle, including conception, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure software with a focus on quality beyond basic requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to deliver high-quality software operating on large datasets.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and static testing strategies.
• Apply AI-assisted SDLC practices to improve processes and automation.
• Improve development processes by recommending and driving changes.
• Contribute to CI/CD deployment and upgrade workflows and monitoring.
