Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, test, and support RelativityOne SaaS products within the Data Transfer group of the Ingestion Department. You will collaborate with engineers across levels and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure software for large datasets.

This role demands strong C# (or Java/C++), SaaS experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a modern cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience developing commercial-grade software using C# or related languages such as Java or C++.
• Strong experience with SaaS systems, including multi-tenant architecture and operational support.
• Deep understanding of observability, telemetry, distributed tracing, metrics, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a Scrum team across all phases of the service lifecycle: conception, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Design, architect, and build performant, scalable, and secure software.
• Provide technical guidance to the team to deliver high-quality, secure software for large datasets.
• Participate in code reviews, develop unit/integration tests, and optimize CI/CD workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues, respond to client problems, and contribute to learning culture and knowledge sharing.
